It is not necessary to present any medical certificate.

WHAT TYPE OF TERRAIN DO I FIND?
The route is essentially technical through trails and some track. For the most part, it is possible to run it without major problems. There are several sections that require special care.

The passage through roads is less and basically for the approaches and exits of towns.
​
The route runs through many towns. The roads are not closed to traffic. To avoid accidents you must comply with all the rules of the highway code.
LIFE BAG
Each runner receives a 60-liter bag at the bib collection.

The bag must be completely closed for transport. Bags with material that is not completely inside are not accepted.
​
Life bags must be delivered to the organization 30 minutes before departure.

SELF-SUFFICIENCY
It is a career in semi-self-sufficiency. The distances between supply stations and life bases are very long. Clearly clarify the contents of your backpack!
GPS NAVIGATION
The only way to guide you, and for us to know that you have followed the route correctly, is through GPS.

ARRIVALS, SHOWERS AND REST
Before departure, it is advisable that you bring a bag with: Spare clothes, towel, soap, sleeping bag, earplugs and a mat in case you want to shower and rest upon arrival.

The showers are in the same arrivals area.

We will enable a small rest area at the finish line. We warn you that it is not a silent zone. Since it is located next to the goal.

At the finish line you will find a final refreshment station with hot food.
RECOVERY BAGS OF LIFE
Runners, or their loved ones, will be able to collect the bags upon presentation of their race number.

When you reach the finish line, your life bag awaits you!

They must be recovered at Plaça dels Arbres (Civico Center), at the latest up to 30 minutes after the close of the race.
ABANDON US
In case of abandonment due to a non-medical emergency, the runners will be picked up in towns, aid stations or life bases.
